Our initial meeting with the hiring manager is a very important step in understanding the project at hand, the duties the consultants will perform, the technologies involved, the tecnical/software skills required, and the company culture. The information received during these meetings enables us find the proper matches for the assignment.
Step Two: Screen for the right consultant. Prospective candidates are technically screened and very often tested by our in-house software staff. We ensure that the candidate(s) have the technological expertise and understanding of the specific type of application our clients are looking to develop. We take a great deal of pride in making sure the client is getting the most for their dollar.
Step Three: Constant follow up. Our customer satisfaction is paramount. We want our clients' business over the long-term and we know that the only way to get it is to earn it - everyday!
