InStep Awarded Motorola Contract

CHICAGO - August 3, 2001- InStep Software, LLC announced today that it has been awarded a contract to develop another 3G GSM software product for Motorola. While the details of the contract and the specifics of the project cannot be disclosed, InStep's Telecom business unit is expanding its roll with this world leader in wireless equipment manufacturing. InStep's Telecom unit has been working with wireless carriers for over six years and expanded into the manufacturing sector of the industry late last year. Jim Chappell, InStep's founding partner in charge of the Telecom business unit, said, "We are very pleased to be awarded this very strategic contract.
