Jim Stirk, Director of Consulting Services at InStep Software, LLC, will be presenting at the CADD/GIS Center's Sixth Annual Geospatial Technology Symposium and Exhibition. The symposium is co-located with the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence's Joint Services Environmental Management Conference & Exhibition (JSEM) and the GeoBase Compass Conference at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas on August 17-19, 2004.
The Symposium will feature presentations related to CADD, GIS, FM, Remote Sensing, and Survey Mapping. Stirk's presentation, InStep's Implementing CAD Work Process Improvements in the Corp, will detail work InStep has developed for the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE).
Awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement from the USACE, InStep provides engineering-based software products and custom solutions for the U.S. government. InStep has worked with the USACE for several years on projects related to National Engineering Standards and various Application Technologies.
